Performing a wide range of repair tasks using hand and power tools with minimal to no supervisionCompleting general carpentry repairs, painting, caulking, cutting, and cosmetic container repairsOperating forklifts safely (we'll certify you if you're not already certified)Operating standard shop equipment and performing all required cutting operations safelySafely rigging and lifting materials as part of repair workMoving materials using hand carts and assisting with staging and organizationHelping maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, inside and outHigh school diploma or equivalent~1-3 years of experience in construction, building trades, assembly work, or a related hands-on field~ Ability to read and understand English in compliance with OSHA safety requirements~ Ability to become forklift certified and safely operate material-handling equipment~ Working a flexible schedule that may include Saturdays and overtime when the business is boomingCompetitive compensation with opportunities for overtime.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and more.Hands-on work with variety —no two days are exactly the same.Ongoing training, including forklift certification, and real opportunities to grow your skillsIndividual pay decisions are ultimately based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity.
