California Licensed Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Counsel. Key Responsibilities Advise on privacy and data security implications of robot sensor systems Lead compliance strategy under global privacy regimes and support international product launches Negotiate data processing agreements and assess third-party tools and data processors Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state or equivalent foreign jurisdiction 6-10+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including law firm, in-house, or government experience Demonstrated experience advising on technology, AI-powered products, and advanced product counseling Familiarity with privacy, data protection, and intellectual property laws and regulations
