We invite you to join us in our vision of "Making Lives Better!"Essential duties and responsibilities:Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care languageCoordination and implementation of YES Waiver Medicaid Comprehensive services and adhering to all contract requirementsServe as primary Community Living Skills Provider to provide mental health case management and skills training for children and families in the YES WaiverProvide skills training as needed for children and families in Children's Behavioral Health DepartmentDuties include assessment & treatment planning, linking to community services, referring, and teaching coping skills training in the home, office, school, and work environmentsTravel as needed to regional clinics to provide client-based services as neededAdheres to the TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concern if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromisedRequired qualifications to be successful in the job:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialingFor Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year of experience providing case management or social servicesFor Case Manager III, minimum two (2) years of experience providing case management or social servicesGraduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experienceEmployees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
