Opentext Analyst Apex Systems is looking for an OpenText Analyst for one of our clients on a contract basis, based out of Madison, WI but the position can sit 100% remote in the US.Job Description:Learn Vignette IDM solution and become the support person for the system until it's been decommissioned.Assist with the migration efforts for processes from Vignette IDM to new Intelligent Capture and Documentum systems.Job Requirements:OpenText Vignette/Integrated Document Management Product SME as well as experience with integrations into each.Experience supporting Vignette IDM from a day to day operational perspective: keep systems healthy, troubleshoot problems end to end, etc.Experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture including integrations.Experience developing custom integration code into Vignette and/or Intelligent Capture.Required Skills: OpenText Vignette OpenText Intelligent Capture Knowing how to keep systems healthy day to day Work with custom integrations in the systems (SQL, Backend Storage Filing, ERP Systems, Documentive, E-Case Manager) Analyst and Developer type of position (SME) Basic Qualification: • OpenText Vignette + custom integrations (file systems / scanning software / SQL DBs + a backend storage solution – there is another tool called E-Case Manager that pulls up cases which are scanned through Vignette? creates a case # on the backend storage and opens it to manipulate data / pull images [most focused on the backend storage vs. supporting E-Case] etc.) o Keeping IDM up – make sure it doesn't break...no new custom integrations ? Infra / Servers / Software?
