Junior Lease Consultant | Wireless Infrastructure & Real Estate | $25–27/hr | Remote TrainingLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the telecommunications and wireless infrastructure space that’s looking to bring on a Junior Lease Consultant to support nationwide cell tower real estate transactions.This is a great entry‑level opportunity for someone with a sales, negotiation, or real estate background who enjoys working deals from start to finish. What This Role Is All AboutAs a Lease Consultant, you’ll play a key role in securing and modifying real estate rights tied to cell towers and antenna sites. You’ll work directly with property owners, guide negotiations, and help close a steady pipeline of transactions in a fast‑moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and close lease amendments, renewals, rent mitigations, landlord consents, and easementsDrive monthly and quarterly transaction volume while meeting established closing targetsReview lease, deed, and easement documentation and assist with due diligence resolutionMaintain strong closing ratios and ensure transactions move efficiently through the pipelineCommunicate regularly with property owners through written, phone, and virtual presentationsTrack deal progress and provide updates, forecasts, and reports to leadershipUse internal systems and databases (including Salesforce and DataTree) to manage transactionsCoordinate full document execution, including electronic signaturesSupport outbound initiatives such as cold calling, lead generation, and mass mailingsBuild and maintain positive, professional relationships with landlords and internal teamsWhat Makes Someone Successful HereJunior‑level experience in sales, real estate, land acquisition, or transactional rolesStrong negotiation, communication, and follow‑through skillsComfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environmentAble to work with a basic Excel financial model and interpret resultsOrganized, motivated, and eager to grow within a specialized real estate nichePay & Work EnvironmentHourly rate: $25–27/hourRemote training and onboardingCompany operates in a remote setting, with regular collaboration via Microsoft TeamsOngoing coaching, support, and peer interactionThis role offers hands‑on exposure to the cell tower and telecommunications real estate market and is ideal for someone looking to sharpen their negotiation skills while building a long‑term career.
