Technical Trainer (Entry Level)

Position Summary: The Digital Media & Training Designer enhances training and digital media content by combining creative design with technical skills. This role involves revising instructional materials for e-learning and instructor-led courses, creating digital media assets, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring alignment with client and Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise standards across training and web platforms Duties & Responsibilities: and enhance in-house instructional materials, including training guides, lesson plans, and visual aids for e-learning, instructor-led, and self-paced formats. media content, user interface design, and other specifications to meet diverse needs, including but not limited to photography, videography, and audio production. digital media and training assets using approved applications to deliver engaging experiences. with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure materials align with the organization’s mission, vision, and values. and implement the latest trends in talent development, instructional design, and learning theory. visual assets and training content align with organizational branding and maintain a cohesive style. business requirements into media assets to meet objectives. digital media development and ensure integration across technologies. and organize training libraries in cloud storage. and recommend tools to produce and enhance digital media content. prototypes and gather user feedback to improve usability. to project timelines and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. in team projects, providing improvement recommendations based on feedback. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: of instructional design theories and training programs. of digital media development tools, internet applications, and user interface design. in digital media authoring tools such as Adobe Applications (Creative Cloud, Captivate), Articulate 360, and 3D visualization software at an intermediate to expert level. in cloud file management. in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.).
