Senior Full-stack Java Developer with Spring Boot Experience

Scalable Path is looking for a Senior Full-stack Java Developer with Spring Boot Experience to join the team and work on a client project. This is a remote, 40-hour/week position.Client company description:The client provides web-based tools and software for managing specific sporting events — from event registration, results tracking, club and league coordination, to APIs for integrations and automation.Overview:A client of Scalable Path's is seeking a full-stack Java developer to help them accelerate development of their existing web application and refactor their legacy Java/JSP website to Spring 6.2 MVC with Thymeleaf and Bootstrap.QUALIFICATIONS:- 3+ years of Spring MVC experienceDuties and responsibilities:- Refactor and Migrate legacy codebase to a more modern tech stack- Build responsive mobile-first UI using Bootstrap- Add new features to the application- Work with LLMs to assist with coding and writing unit tests- Collaborate with other team developers, testers and project manager- Potentially refactor parts of the system using ReactRelationships - who you'll be working with:You'll be working with the Founder (who is fairly technical) two other developers and other individuals helping with project management and testing.
