IBM Maximo Developer

Overview In this role you will support MAS migration and optimize Maximo-based solutions. You will collaborate with IT SMEs and business stakeholders, guiding functional and technical Maximo work, including liaison with the implementation partner and IBM support. You will ensure ongoing Maximo maintenance to keep daily operations stable, while contributing to migration efforts and system enhancements. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support Maximo 7.6.x / MAS-based solutionsLead MAS 8/9 migration from on-premise to cloud (SaaS)Configure Maximo components (Database Configuration, Escalations, Cron Tasks, Domains, Expression Manager)Develop Java customizations and Automation ScriptsIntegrate Maximo with external apps like SAP and AribaCollaborate with middleware and infrastructure teams to resolve issuesCreate and share functional/business knowledge with the teamDevelop BIRT reports and write SQL for data extractsProvide production support ensuring performance, availability, and functionalityTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and work with stakeholders Key requirementsExperience with Maximo (7.6.x) and MAS migrations (on-premise to cloud)Proficiency in Java customizations and automation scriptsSQL scripting and data extractionKnowledge of WebSphere and reporting with BIRTExperience with SAP/Ariba integrationsWindows Server administration and active directory/DNS familiarityExperience in configuration, change management, and testingBachelor degree in CS/Engineering/related field or equivalent work experienceSix years of relevant Maximo support and deployment experienceAbility to troubleshoot and maintain system performancecollaborationproblem-solvingstrong communicationMaximo configurations (Database Configuration, Escalations, Cron Tasks, Domains, Conditional Expression Manager)Java customizations and Automation ScriptsMAS migration (on-premise to cloud)
