Role: Electrician (Must Have Residential Solar Experience) # of Openings: 1 Location: Across Massachusetts Compensation: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour, plus overtime Job Overview Our client, a national, high-growth solar energy provider based in TX that focuses on commercial and residential solar and battery energy storage projects, is looking to bring on a number of experienced Electricians to support their increased volume of residential solar and battery projects across the state of Massachusetts. This role is a full-time position with our client. Job Responsibilities Travelling to project sites across Massachusetts Completing the electrical aspects of solar installation and battery projects, including (but not limited to): installing inverters, pulling wires, completing line taps, installing battery energy storage systems, and completing conduit runs Completing other electrical services when needed Ensuring all safety standards are met and adhered to Successful Candidates Must Have: At least 3 years of experience with residential solar installations as an electrician Experience installing and troubleshooting Enphase and SolarEdge systems Extensive knowledge of IFC and NEC Experience reading technical designs and blueprints, including single line and three line diagrams A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Communication, collaboration, and detail-orientation skills Compensation This Electrician role has an hourly wage of $35.00 to $42.00 per hour, plus overtime.
