Construction Project Manager

Duration: 06 months contractPossible travelJob Summary:7+ years of experience in design and construction life cycleResponsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Managing all aspects of project execution including design development and construction administration processes as well as expertise in implementing and optimizing project management platforms such as Smartsheets, Procore etc. will be beneficial.Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
