Here's what makes our team special:* Patient-Centered Care: Our team excels in building strong relationships with patients, providing compassionate, attentive and high-quality care.* Comprehensive Support Services: Benefit from a robust support team including genetic counselors, nutritionists, social workers, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, certified cancer-care physical therapists and lymphedema specialists.* Specialty Services On-Site: Access to Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Genetic Counseling and Palliative Care.* Collaborative Environment: Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences to discuss and plan patient care.* Innovative Telemedicine: Extend your reach with our community cancer center and telemedicine services utilizing TCON, E consults and virtual patient visits.* Research Opportunities: Engage in cutting-edge clinical trials through our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant.* Accredited Programs: Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center program (INCP) accreditation by Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and holds a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of Surgeons.* Leadership Structure: Essentia Health is a dyad-led organization with strong physician and administrative leadership* Advanced EMR: We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization.Job Specifics* Consultative Call Only: Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage.* Patient Load: Manage an average of 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients daily.* Team Dynamics: Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APC, with anticipated future grown/expansion.* Regional Outreach: Provide care one to two days day per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids and Fosston, MN.* Call Schedule: Approximately 10 days of call per month.* Technology: Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system.Requirements* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology* Experience: Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology PhysicianCOMPENSATION* $535,000.
