Prosecute and defend declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and reinsurance disputes. Manage coverage litigation involving general liability, professional liability, and excess/umbrella policies. Advise insurers and insureds on claims handling, policy interpretation, and risk management strategies. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active bar admission (multi-jurisdictional preferred). 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or related complex litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
