Learning & Development Partner - Product Development

PD Learning And Development SpecialistThe PD Learning and Development Specialist authors, develops, reviews, releases, and delivers programs to the Product Development Team. This role contributes to content creation and facilitation while owning coordination and execution of Product Development onboarding and annual training requirements. This position requires a professional with a strong background in training, instructional design, adult learning, and content creation.ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with PD leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.Facilitates on-boarding of PD employees.Consults subject matter experts to determine needs and elicit content.Develops and revises programs related to Product Development processes.Manages documentation and LMS processes of Product Development employee's annual training program.Designs, develops, and produces training materials including printed, visual, and electronic media.Develops eLearning curriculum and content using appropriate authoring tools.Develops, revises and delivers training content in variety of formats.Stays abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.Supports administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolling users and assigning curriculum and courses.Supports administration of other forums for learning such as topical communities-of-practice.QualificationsKnowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.Knowledge of training methods, tools and techniques, including those applicable to instructor-led and self-paced, virtual and face-to-face, synchronous and asynchronous.Adequate knowledge of learning management software.Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.Demonstrated competency transforming subject matter expert interviews into content.Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to comprehensively analyze and interpret policies, procedures and situations in a multifaceted way and possess strong problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.Excellent verbal and written skills including ability to communicate process and training related content to groups and individuals.Proficiency in MS Office software.Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.Ability to use Learning Management SystemsAble to perform classroom training: virtual and live environments.Ability to establish project plans, regularly monitor and track progress on work projects, and ensure appropriate communications with project partners.Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak the English language.BS or BA degree (preferably in a technical, training, or lean discipline)0-5 years' experienceExperience with UKG LMS is preferred.Experience with one or more of the following software iSeries, Solumina, ERP, Creo, Visio, Azure, Articulate 360, Canva is preferred.Our Benefits: Cirrus provides a range of exciting benefits, including:Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical, vision, dental, with additional dependent coverage optionsEmployer-Paid Coverages: Group term life, short- and long-term disability insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts: FSA and HSA offerings with company contributions to HSAWell-being: Calm Health, Employee Assistance Program, and wellness incentives through medical provider401(k) Plan: Dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% after 90 days, with 100% vesting at 1 year of servicePTO: Various PTO plans starting at 100 hours accrued within the first yearAdditional Time off Benefits: Paid holidays, 2 weeks of Paid Parental leave, paid time for funeral leave and jury dutyCareer Development: Tuition reimbursement program and professional growth opportunitiesExclusive Discounts: Cirrus Store, partner and marketplace discounts availableCommunity & Engagement: Company and employee clubs at various locationsThese benefits are designed to support your well-being, growth, and enjoyment at Cirrus!Pay RangeSalary Range: USD $67,969.26/Yr. - USD $101,953.88/Yr.Sign On Bonus
