Workday Financial Architect/ Integration Developer

Job Title - Workday Core Platform Engineer / Workday Developer (Financial Module)Location - Richmond, VA/ Mclean, VA/ Plano, TX/ San Fran, CA/ Chicago, IL/ Atlanta, GA/ Wilmington, DE /NYC, NY, /Boston, MA, / San Jose, CA (3 Days Hybrid)General Responsibilities: Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenariosUnderstand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating Finance value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the businessDeliver solutions in Workday platform across the Finance modules of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standardsEffectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partnersIdentify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with Finance partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results. Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday Technology & Platform updates, fixes and capabilitiesBuild & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation & maintenancePrimary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspectiveProvide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationAt least 4 years of Workday platform engineering experienceAt least 2 years of experience designing and developing integration solutionsAt least 2 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP 5+ years of experience working with Workday platform across the Workday Finance modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Global Consolidation, Invoices, Payments and Suppliers)Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree3+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday 3+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAPWorkday Integration Developer certifications1+ years designing and developing solutions using Workday Extend1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure or another cloud service2+ years of experience in Agile practices
