Senior Accountant

TE Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing and distribution company that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in managing and guiding the company’s financial operations.What You’ll Be Doing:Own core general accounting functions including cash, AR, fixed assets, expense reporting, and overall GL activityLead month-end close and assist with quarterly/year-end processesPrepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account accrualsSupport financial reporting and ensure accuracy across all accountsPartner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planningAnalyze P&L performance, including customer/program-level profitabilityBuild reports and provide insights on trends, variances, and cost driversAssist with ad hoc reporting and financial analysis tied to business initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally to support day-to-day operationsWhat They’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA or working toward it is a plusStrong understanding of month-end close and GL processesExperience with AR/AP workflowsAdvanced Excel skills and strong attention to detailSomeone who can pivot in a fast-paced environment and take ownershipStrong communication skills and ability to work across teamsWhy It’s a Good Role:High visibility with leadershipOpportunity to grow and expand skillsetStable but evolving environment where you can make an impactSolid benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) with match, and PTO
