Job Title: Mission TrainerLocation: Fort Belvoir, Virginia (On-site)Category: IT OperationsType of Support: Full-Time Business Hours (Monday–Friday)Clearance: Active Security Clearance Required ***Only US Citizens may apply***Job OverviewThe Mission Trainer will provide training and user support for intelligence systems, operational tools, and mission applications. The individual will work with end users, analysts, and operational teams to deliver training sessions, assist with system usage, and support mission-related workflows. The role includes preparing training materials, conducting hands-on training, and ensuring users are able to effectively utilize mission systems.Scope of WorkTraining Delivery• Conduct classroom and one-on-one training sessions for users• Provide hands-on training for mission applications and tools• Support onboarding training for new users• Deliver refresher training sessions as required• Assist users during training exercises and mission events• Provide system usage guidance and best practicesTraining Material Development• Prepare training guides and user documentation• Update training materials based on system changes• Develop quick reference guides and job aids• Maintain training schedules and documentation• Support creation of instructional contentUser Support• Assist users with system navigation and functionality• Provide operational guidance during mission activities• Respond to user questions and training requests• Support troubleshooting of basic user issues• Escalate technical issues to engineering teamsCoordination Support• Coordinate training sessions with stakeholders• Work with system administrators and developers• Support training planning and scheduling• Track training attendance and completion• Provide feedback on user training needsOperational Support• Support mission exercises and operational events• Provide onsite training support during deployments• Assist with user readiness activities• Support adoption of new tools and capabilitiesRequired Skills• Experience delivering user training in operational environments• Strong communication and presentation skills• Experience creating training materials and documentation• Familiarity with mission or operational systems• Ability to support users in a fast-paced environment• Good coordination and organizational skillsExperience Requirement• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience• Preferred 8–12 years training or operational support experience• Experience supporting government or mission environments preferred• Experience working with end users and operational teams preferred
