We can’t wait to hear from you! _________________________________ Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable web applications using Java and React. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards. Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with the UI/UX team to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in the Java and React ecosystem, and propose their adoption when appropriate. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Proven experience in developing web applications using React and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.). Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Proficient in version control systems, such as Git. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
