Senior Content Product Manager
We are a product team of Health & Fitness industry experts, resident of the Hi-Tech Park. Our portfolio includes 5 apps that help over 20 million users worldwide become healthier and happier.We are in a growth stage and are strengthening our product team.Content is a key part of the product, directly impacting retention, LTV, and monetization. Currently, a significant portion of content tasks falls on the Product Manager, which slows down the release of new content, reduces the quality of execution, and overloads the product team.We are looking for a Senior Content Product Manager who will take ownership of content as a product - from idea to business impact.A Content Product Manager is a role for someone who:Manages content as part of the product.Builds processes and scales production.Drives retention, engagement, and revenue through content.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement content strategy.Manage the content pipeline - from research to in-product release.Work with content topics and activities (challenges, programs, formats).Develop and monetize content (upsell, new use cases).Build processes for working with experts, contractors, and the team.Integrate AI tools into content production.Analyze content performance (metrics, A/B tests, hypotheses).Own content quality and user experience.You're a great fit if you have:3-5+ years of experience in Product / Content Product / Growth roles within B2C mobile products.Experience working with content as a product.Experience building content processes and pipelines.Understanding of product metrics (retention, LTV, conversion).Experience integrating AI tools into content workflows.Genuine passion for health / fitness / longevity.Experience working with contractors / experts.Ability to turn ideas into results, not just generate them.What matters most to us:Ownership - you take responsibility, don't wait for tasks.Systems thinking - you build processes, not just fight fires.Proactivity - you bring ideas and solutions.Speed - you work at a good pace without excessive perfectionism.Product mindset - you understand the link between content and business.Nice to have:Experience in mobile B2C (health / fitness / wellness / edtech).Understanding of content marketing and growth mechanics.Experience launching content products or platforms.What we offer:Full-time, remote / hybrid work format (depending on location).Official employment and competitive salary pegged to USD.Vacation - 25 calendar days + 3 days off.Gifts for employees on significant dates and holidays.A comfortable work environment, open management, and a team where you can grow, try new things, and make an impact.J-18808-Ljbffr
