The Branch Manager is titled "Profit Center Manager" and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the rental center business unit. This includes leading Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, and achieving financial and performance goals. The role also encompasses the unit's operational and financial reporting functions.Education and ExperienceBusiness Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experienceMust have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong leadership and communication skillsUnderstanding of P&L and other key financial controlsExperience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencingExperience in construction or industrial markets is helpfulHigh level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all aspects of the businessPhysical DemandsThe physical demands of this role may include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
