What You’ll Do (The Day-to-Day): As a core member of our engineering team, you will own the mechanical lifecycle of our projects. You will: Design & Innovate: Create and optimize cutting-edge mechanical systems, including hydronic systems, gas delivery setups, heating/ventilation, and precision equipment sizing. Map the Blueprint: Develop comprehensive Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and technical equipment specifications. Bridge Design & Reality: Review assembly and fabrication drawings to ensure flawless construction, then step up to support our manufacturing and service teams during production and commissioning. Collaborate & Communicate: Partner closely with contractors, clients, and internal teams, using your stellar communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans. What You Bring to the Table: The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent hands-on industry experience. The Experience: At least two years experience in Mechanical Engineering required. The Know-How: A solid grasp of mechanical assembly, materials selection, equipment specification, and engineering design methodologies. The Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and standard engineering design principles. The Mindset: Advanced problem-solving skills, an eagle eye for detail, top-tier time management, and a genuinely collaborative, team-first attitude.
