Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising hourly staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, training team members, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. You will manage work schedules, assist with inventory, and help oversee store audits to promote a safe, organized environment. Building customer loyalty through excellent service and team development is key.Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service, with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use KPI data for performance improvement, and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure is essential. Flexibility for scheduling and physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various environments are required.
