The CompanyThey operate at the intersection of advanced simulation, gaming technology, and real-world training systems. Built by a team with backgrounds spanning military operations and AAA game development, they focus on delivering highly realistic, high-performance simulation environments used in critical training scenarios. Their work supports defence and allied organisations globally, with significant investment backing and long-term contracts already in place. The business is scaling quickly, driven by demand for more sophisticated and immersive training capabilities. The RoleThey are looking for a senior-level software engineer with deep expertise in Unity to help architect and build a new generation of simulation products from the ground up. This is not a maintenance role, it’s a foundational build, where engineering decisions made early will shape the entire product ecosystem.
