TRANSPORTATION DISPATCHER, Miller SD

Foreman Sales & Service is looking for a School Bus and Motorcoach Dispatcher to work in our Miller, SD office. The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating transportation operations, including scheduling drivers and vehicles, monitoring routes, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring safe, timely and efficient transportation services. This position supports both school transportation and charter/motorcoach operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Schedule drivers for school buses and motorcoaches based on operational needsProvide trip itinerary and schedule confirmationsFrequent interaction with drivers, staff, customers and school personnelCommunicate updates or changes to driversProvide quote and support trip planning for charters, athletic events, field trips, tours, etc.Monitor driver hours and compliance with safety regulationsAssist with trip billing documentationRequirements and skills:Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, and customer service experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Office & Excel.
