Sales Manager

Our Spa is seeking a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. This unique opportunity is for a business that values friendliness, organization, and experience. The role requires overseeing customer service and collaborating with our team on the spa schedule. We are looking for someone with proven front sales experience, proficiency with PCs and CRMs, and essential expertise. While an esthetician background is highly desirable, it is not required.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and clients with a professional appearance and a smileAnswer incoming phone callsManage appointments and scheduling reservationsPromote and sell products and treatments, achieving sales targets and goalsRespond to inquiries and provide information to clientsProcess payments and maintain accurate sales recordsMaintain a tidy and organized front desk areaAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopyingQualificationsProven experience as a front desk spa receptionist or in similar facilitiesAn aesthetician background is a big plus, or knowledge of the skin care industry in a professional settingExcellent communication and time management skillsProficiency in basic computer applicationsStrong data entry and typing skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and effectively manage calendarsMust have reliable transportation to and from workMust be able to work a flexible scheduleMust have excellent time management skillsCompensation$2,500 per monthCommissionOTE (On-Target Earnings) of $60,000+Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time (Availability to work 1 day on weekends)If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a welcoming spa environment, we would love to hear from you!J-18808-Ljbffr
