Senior Security Systems Technician

We're Hiring: Security Systems Technician — Southern CaliforniaWCC Technologies Group is hiring a security systems technician for our SoCal operation. Access control and IP cameras. If you've got a solid foundation and want to level up on enterprise platforms, this is a real opportunity.What you'll do:• Install, configure, and service access control and IP camera systems across LA, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, and Ventura counties• Support job walks alongside our senior team — learning how to scope work in the field• Troubleshoot at the controller, head-end, and network level• Grow into a lead role over timeWhat we're looking for:• 2–5 years hands-on experience in commercial security or low-voltage• Exposure to any of: Avigilon, Brivo, Milestone, Lenel, Axis, Genetec (we'll train you up on the ones you don't know)• Network fundamentals — VLANs, PoE, static IPs• Comfortable on a ladder, in a server room, and in front of a customer• Clean driving record, valid CA driver's license• Hungry to learn enterprise-grade systemsWhy WCC: We're big enough to land enterprise, education, and transit work, and small enough that decisions get made fast.
