We are looking for a hands-on Executive Hiring Recruiter with deep experience in the automotive manufacturing sector. This role will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership positions, partnering closely with plant leadership and corporate stakeholders to attract and hire top executive talent across manufacturing, operations, engineering, and support functions. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end executive hiring for leadership roles (Director, VP, Plant Leadership) within the motor vehicle manufacturing environment Partner with plant heads and senior leadership to understand hiring needs aligned with business and production goals Conduct market mapping and proactive headhunting across OEMs and Tier 1/2 automotive suppliers Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive leadership talent in manufacturing, operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain Lead candidate screening, structured assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiationsEnsure a high-quality, professional candidate experience, particularly for senior-level hires Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation benchmarking Collaborate with external search firms when required and manage vendor relationships Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive hiring processes Key Requirements10+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on automotive / motor vehicle manufacturing hiringProven track record in executive search / leadership hiring (Director level and above) Strong understanding of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and automotive value chain Hands-on experience in sourcing, headhunting, and closing senior candidatesAbility to engage and influence senior stakeholders and plant leadership Excellent communication, negotiation, xywuqvp and stakeholder management skills Experience working in in-house talent acquisition or executive search firmsHigh level of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for EV or advanced manufacturing environmentsExposure to multi-location or high-volume plant hiring Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field Success MetricsTimely closure of leadership roles Quality of hires and retention Stakeholder satisfaction Strength of leadership talent pipeline
