Registered Dental Hygienist

Job Overview: We are a growing private practice in Prescott Valley and are looking to add a new hygienist to our team. Our new office offers our patients and our team state of the art facilities and equipment. The hygiene team is a vital part of our business and they are excited to welcome and onboard a new hygienist. As a hygienist at 89A Dental Care you can earn up to $100,000 annually with our total compensation package which includes a 401K match, profit sharing, company contribution to medical insurance, and a generous dental care fringe benefit. Duties: - Conduct dental hygiene based on patient diagnosis - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Take dental x-rays - Administer local anesthetics - Maintain patient records accurately Requirements: - Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program - State licensure as a Dental Hygienist - Proficiency in dental software systems - Knowledge of medical documentation and HIPAA regulations - Strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology - Ability to assess patient needs and vital signs accurately Skills: - Anatomy knowledge - Patient assessment skills - Vital signs monitoring - Dental imaging familiarity - Medical documentation expertise - Experience with Open Dental or similar systems - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional dental care to our patients while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
