Associate

We are partnering with a growing, middle-market investment bank focused on healthcare M&A on a search for an Associate. This individual will be actively involved in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions, working across multiple live deals at various stages. Key responsibilities:Support execution of M&A transactions (primarily sell-side).Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO).Prepare client-facing materials including CIMs and presentations.Conduct industry and company research. Work closely with senior bankers throughout the deal process.Assist in managing Analysts.Profile3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&ABachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field)Strong preference for candidates with sell-side transaction experienceBackground in healthcare is a plus, not but required (open to TMT, consumer, industrials, and sponsor coverage)Experience within a structured analyst programStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsetSeries 79 required
