Discover more about our fascinating history at Lalilab, Inc. - Lalilab, IncAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, self-driven Sales Manager to support and grow Lalilab's commercial activities within the dietary supplement ingredients industry.This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and working closely with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and sustainable commercial growth. The position is suited for a hands-on sales profile who enjoys building relationships, analyzing performance, and contributing directly to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential new business opportunities within the industry, including trade shows, cold calling, and other grass-roots marketing campaigns.Develop and implement careful planning to ensure the success of new business ventures.Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers by regular communication and engagement.Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Address client concerns promptly, troubleshoot problems, and work with internal teams to find solutions.Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client satisfaction levels.Work closely with production, quality, product development and finance teams to ensure seamless client experience.Negotiate pricing, order quantity, and delivery time with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.Keys Skills for Success:3+ years experience selling in the dietary supplement industry.Strong commercial understanding of revenue generation, profit margins, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Good proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.Strong customer service and time management skills.Track record of achieving new sales.Understanding of sales performance metrics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Why Chr.
