Your busiest days should be your favorite days and you should be motivated by doing things a little better than yesterday.In coordination with the Sales department, this role is responsible for inbound and outbound sales efforts driven by research, marketing initiatives, networking and outreach. Responsible for soliciting and servicing business in the operation in accordance with the marketing plan and assigned market segments. Generates a high profile and quality perception in the marketplace. Responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Initially, this position will be assigned tasks outside of the scope of the job description as business needs dictate.This role is required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. They must be able to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs Monday - Friday with nights and weekends depending on events and functions.Sales FocusedBuilding a client base through sales calls, prospecting, direct mail, networking and referralsAdding 20 contacts per week to Hubspot database and starting on appropriate sequenceResponding to customer inquiries within assigned market segmentCreating and maintaining client relationshipsPreparing proposals and contracts for clients within the assigned market segment that meet the financial objectives of the companyFollow-up and closing sales to meet sales goalsCommunicating all relevant information to the appropriate departments in detailed mannerMaintaining consistent communication with Operations and the Client to ensure a beneficial relationship and client satisfaction.Make in-person sales calls to potential clients at their place of business on a monthly, or semi monthly basis (as determined by management).Travel to and from businesses of potential clients, as requested.Attend trade shows and conferences, as requested.Target Market Segment: On and Off Site catering sales in the greater Phoenix area.Marketing FocusedAssist with marketing sales collateral as neededAttend trade shows and other exhibitions as requested to represent the brand.
