IT L3 Technician
The IT Support Level 3 Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex IT issues, managing escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 support, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT systems and networks. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex IT issues.
Support and manage escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT systems
Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers for support and maintenance
Qualifications
Experience with Virtual Machines Environment's
Strong experience in IT support or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
