The ideal candidate will be skilled in mail management, document handling, and general office support duties. This role requires someone with strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and proficiency in various office tools.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by professionally communicating with internal and external customers via Outlook and Zoom.Reception Support: Assist with reception duties during breaks, lunches, and vacations, and route calls through Zoom.Mail & Document Management: Route and process incoming and outgoing mail (US Mail, FedEx), manage document imaging systems, and operate high-volume copy machines.Shipping & Receiving: Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, apply postage, and perform tasks related to inventory and stockroom replenishment.Printing & Audio/Visual Setup: Support audio/visual conference setups and perform high-volume document printing.Building Support: Perform various building support tasks, including meeting room setup, light maintenance, and maintaining office equipment such as copiers.Reports & Logs: Generate reports for digital printing and mail systems, maintain service logs, and assist with billing logs.Job Duties:Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and document imaging systems.Provide maintenance for copier equipment and troubleshoot issues.Distribute office supplies and mail to staff or designated drop-off points.Manage convenience copiers and ensure their functionality.Perform meeting room setups and assist with building occupant moves.Perform occasional cleaning, filing duties, and basic light maintenance.May require some physical effort, including lifting up to 55 lbs. and pushing equipment.Minimum Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field; experience with office machines and mail systems preferred.Skills:Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office, email systems, and document management software.Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Basic mathematical and filing skills.Ability to lift/move items up to 55 lbs and push equipment up to 700 lbs.Working Conditions:Office environment with some physical activity required.Possible occasional overtime, including nights and weekends for emergency responses.If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply today to join our team as a Senior On-Site Services Specialist.
