Looking to stay close to a substantive legal practice without the pace of billable hours?We are helping a large law firm hire a corporate attorney for a unique role that focuses on improving the quality and consistency of legal work by building templates, creating playbooks, and creating internal resources that attorneys rely on. Some specific responsibilities include:Creating, maintaining, and improving form documents, templates, and checklists used by the corporate practice groupUpdating the group on developments in corporate law, including deals and wins handled by the corporate practice groupProviding ideas for marketing content based on developments, deal flow, and wins for the practice groupKeeping up with legal technology that can improve efficiencies for the corporate practice groupThis role does not bill hours/time. The hours for this role are a predictable, standard work week.If you are an organized, detail-oriented corporate lawyer who has at least 5 years of experience practicing in a large law firm and enjoy organizing complex information into structured systems, this role could be a fun alternative to practicing law.
