Development Manager

Overview In this role you drive land and building development for speculative industrial projects in the Chicago market, from acquisition through closeout. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, on-time, cost-conscious developments that support capital deployment. You’ll assess risks, manage budgets, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities to shape value and lifecycle outcomes.
