Our growth creates opportunities for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceDesign and develop new software, enhance existing systems, and troubleshoot defects as part of a collaborative team of UI and backend developers.Work within a priority-driven team focused on making data more accessible and useful, incorporating direct user feedback to guide ongoing enhancementsPlay a role in advancing parsing and display capabilities that convert complex data into insights that inform analysis and decision-making.What You BringActive TS/SCI with Polygraph7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or 11 years without a degree.Experience supporting government or DoD programsStrong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, and HTMLAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsRelevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)Experience with Material UI, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Gitlab PipelinesAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesCompensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is $156,000-$173,000, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.At Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
