OPW is part of the Clean Energy & Fueling segment of Dover (NYSE: DOV).ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Value CreationPartner with the OPW President and leadership team to develop and execute business and financial strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.Act as a thought leader and strategic advisor, contributing meaningfully to enterprise-level and OpCo decision making.Evaluate and advise on long-range planning, new programs, strategic initiatives, and regulatory developments impacting the business.Lead OpCo-level execution of OPW strategic initiatives and Dover enterprise-wide programs.Financial Performance & Capital ManagementDrive best-in-class financial performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, to improve revenue growth, margins, and cash flow.Interpret financial and operational performance across businesses and regions, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and initiating corrective actions as needed.Provide leadership and oversight of treasury, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working capital optimization.Lead financial evaluation, due diligence, and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions in close collaboration with Dover Corporate and OPW teams.Support integration planning and post-acquisition value realization to ensure strategic and financial objectives are achieved.Controls, Compliance & Risk ManagementOversee accounting, financial reporting, and control environments, ensuring compliance with Dover policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.Maintain strong internal controls, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and serve as a key interface with external auditors.Lead Compliance and Ethics for OPW, promoting a strong culture of integrity and accountability.Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global finance organization, fostering strong talent development, succession planning, and inclusive leadership.Build and maintain effective relationships with OPW, segment, and Dover enterprise stakeholders.Ensure financial systems, processes, and data capabilities evolve to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles;
