Hybrid at St. Pete, FLUS Citizens and Green card holders would be considered only on w2Duties: Leads planning and execution of complex technology initiatives across engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams. Responsible for driving delivery in environments where platforms, processes, and documentation are still evolving.Partners closely with technical teams and leadership to maintain progress across multiple initiatives by tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, resolving escalations, and ensuring strong operational coordination.Plays a key role in establishing structure, improving documentation, and maintaining clear visibility into project status, risks, and team commitments.Skills: QualificationsPMP or equivalent certification preferred Experience managing complex technology initiatives across multiple technical teams Strong understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery models Experience working with engineering, infrastructure, or data-focused teams Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skillsDelivery & CoordinationDevelops and maintains project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple teams • Drives accountability for deliverables and ensures alignment across technical stakeholders • Tracks progress, identifies gaps, and helps teams maintain forward momentumEscalation & Risk ManagementProactively identifies risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies • Manages escalations and works with leadership to resolve issues impacting deliveryDocumentation & Operational DisciplineMaintains project artifacts including plans, status updates, risk logs, and action tracking • Helps close documentation gaps and improves organization of project information and decisionsTeam & Stakeholder CommunicationFacilitates coordination between engineering teams, leadership, and business partners • Provides clear updates on project status, risks, and key milestonesKeywords:Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience.NOTES from hiring manager:this PM role is with the AI group need to be local to Tampa Bay and work an onsite/hybrid work style minimum 2-3 days per week no fully remote options.need excellent communication skills both verbal and written. need corporate business polish collaborating with all levels of RJ leadership.need enterprise IT PM skill sets within large corporate environments, FS industry experience is a value add.Need IT PM skill sets relating to budgeting, project planning, escalation, risk management, coordination, execution and delivery.Role has a chance to convert to an FTE assuming performance and overall business value.
