Floor Tech Team Lead

If you take pride in bringing out the best in others, love staying on the move, and have an eye for detail, this is your chance to lead with impact and keep our community shining!What we offerMedical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine optionsPTO Plans, PLUS company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesEducation assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new onesGrowth Opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour, commensurate with experienceHow you will make an impactMaintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment Ensuring proper handling and disposal of waste and utilizes work orders to ensure proper room/furniture setupsAssisting with movement and delivery of heavy objects/ packages. Moving and arranging furniture in common areas and resident apartmentsDriving of Housekeeping vehicles for trash collection and bulk item deliveryScheduling and supervising daily work assignmentsInspecting assigned areas and equipment to ensure that cleanliness and safety standards are maintainedWhat you will needMinimum of 1-year previous experience in floor care and floor finishing techniques. Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)Minimum of three years of verifiable licensed driving experience and a history of safe driving as noted through a 3 year motor vehicle record check (per GS7009 Driving Record Standards Policy)Proficiency working with computers (preferred)Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment, and any other equipment necessary for the cleanliness of the communityMust have excellent; customer service, communication skills, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as a contributing team memberStrong knowledge of housekeeping operationsPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
