Patient Services Representative
Cascade Eye Center is looking to hire mature, responsible adults who are wanting a career in the medical field.
Healthcare experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
Key tasks include, but are not limited to:
Front Desk Receptionist check patients in/out, manage a large volume of incoming/outgoing calls and referrals, computer scheduling, preparing and filing charts, collecting copays/balances due and any other related tasks/assignments as necessary.
Optician to assist patients with making personal product recommendations, dispensing, adjusting and repairing eyeglasses, as well as contact lens insertion and removal training.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to transition from sitting to standing throughout the day.
Must be able to communicate via phone, email and instant messaging.
Must be able to view and type in computer data.
Must be able to work under pressure.

Commuting between both The Dalles and Hood River locations will be required for training, meetings, and coverage as needed.
