Director of Business Analytics

Director of Business AnalyticsStrategic data analytics role that leverages syndicated and internal data to deliver executive-ready insights, dashboards, competitive analysis, and advanced modeling to drive brand performance. Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, it translates business objectives into measurable KPIs, supports go-to-market execution and new item launches, and provides data-driven recommendations to identify growth opportunities. Sales Data & Analytics Serve as subject matter expert on syndicated data (Circana, Numerator, Stackline) and translate insights into compelling, executive-ready narratives. Analyze sales performance (revenue, pipeline, win rates, forecasting accuracy) Build dashboards and reports for Sales Leadership and Executive Team Lead competitive and market performance analysis Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities Leverage CPG experience within the Food, Drug, and Mass (FDM) channel to inform strategy and performance optimization. Develop advanced analytical models to support strategic decision-making (trend analysis, scenario modeling, what-if analysis) Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing Assist in creating selling materials for presentations and sales submissions Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and actionable analytical insights Support go-to-market strategy and execution Partner cross-functionally to support new item launches, promote planning, and performance tracking Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Strategy or Business Analytics Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing large, complex datasets Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools Familiarity with sales methodologies and go-to-market strategies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Demonstrated CPG experience within the Food, Drug, and Mass (FDM) channel required Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hour shift Benefits: Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) matching Referral program Employee discount
