Freelance Claude Developer / AI Architect (PHP & Java)

About the Role: We are currently recruiting on behalf of an innovative EdTech platform to build an intelligent, Claude-powered Add-On Engine. The goal of this project is to enhance the platform’s search and discovery capabilities—enabling users to ask course-related queries in natural language and receive accurate course recommendations and insights directly from the platform’s repository. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Engine Development: Architect and integrate an AI-driven search and Q&A engine powered by Anthropic's Claude. Backend Integration: Connect the Claude API/engine with an existing core platform built predominantly on PHP and Java. Query & Content Optimization: Design prompts and search/retrieval workflows to accurately parse user intent and match relevant course materials. Performance & Scalability: Ensure fast response times, accurate context retrieval, and seamless user experience.

Certifications: Ideally holds either:

• CCAF (Claude Certified Architect Foundations), orCCDF (Claude Certified Developer Foundations)
• Core Tech Stack:
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Java.
• Proven experience integrating Anthropic Claude API (or LLMs/RAG architectures).Domain Experience: Experience in EdTech, LMS platforms, or search/recommendation engines is a strong plus.

Location: Remote, based in Europe (Central/Eastern Europe or Southern Europe timezone alignment preferred).Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
