A dedication to create a great work environment for our team and a drive to continuously learn is a MUST!Responsibilities Include:Working with our sales and marketing department, develop and execute a business plan designed to increase our volume of Mold, Fire/Smoke cleaning, and other specialty cleaning jobsWork with Industrial Hygienist and other experts in the field to represent Paul Davis Restoration as a leader in the Specialty cleaning field.Provide a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.Lead, manage, and hold accountable the emergency team for accomplishing financial and service goals.Represent the Paul Davis Mission, Vision and ValuesDevelops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectivesBuilds, develops, and manages Emergency Services teams capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiativesOn Call Rotation Required to provide on-call support and back-up support when assigned.
