Implementation Manager - Robotics
Implementation Manager, Robotics (Austin, TX)$150K to $180K base + equity | Hybrid, Austin | ~40% travel A well funded Physical AI startup is opening its first US hub in Austin, and we need the person who gets our technology live at customer sites.
What we do:
We make forklifts, wheel loaders and other heavy industrial machines fully autonomous. No fleet replacement: our platform fits onto the machines customers already own. We're live across multiple sites in Europe (warehousing, manufacturing, chemical production) and US demand is strong.
What you'll do:
- Lead implementations at US customer sites, from first machine to full rollout
- Scale accounts from 1 or 2 machines to 30+Hire, train and manage our first US operator team
- Own site KPIs: uptime, safety, service quality
- Help set up our Austin base alongside the CEO and Chief Delivery Officer
- What you'll bring5 to 10 years in operations, deployment or implementation in an industrial setting
- Hands-on experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, AMRs/AGVs, drones or heavy equipment
- Experience training and managing frontline or shift-based teams
- Comfortable on a warehouse or construction site, not just in an office
- Happy to travel around 40% of the time, sometimes up to 3 weeks at once
- Good to know
- Must be based in Austin (2 to 3 days in office and warehouse)
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder. We can't sponsor visas.
