Lead Power BI DeveloperOur client, a growing Data & AI consultancy, is looking to hire a Power BI Developer to join their expanding team.This is an opportunity to work with a variety of clients across multiple industries, helping them transform data into actionable insights through modern reporting and analytics solutions.You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting environments while working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reportsBuild and optimize semantic models, datasets, and data visualizationsDevelop complex calculations and business logic using DAXCreate and maintain data transformation processes using Power QueryWork with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting environmentsCollaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to support end-to-end BI solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting performance and user experienceSupport client-facing workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions where requiredRequirements3+ years of experience developing solutions in Power BIStrong experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modellingAdvanced SQL skillsExperience working with large-scale datasets and enterprise reporting environmentsStrong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling conceptsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in consulting or client-facing environments is highly desirableExperience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms is a plus
