Role Description As a Manager on Duty at Sofive Soccer Centers, you will oversee the daily operations of our Columbia, MD facility. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing schedules, and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the center. You will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, facilitating events, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency. Your leadership will be key in creating an exceptional experience for players, staff, and visitors alike.
