OCM Change Management Lead - SAP
NO AGENCIES PLEASEWe are actively resourcing a OCM Change Management Lead for an SAP project based in California. This role will be hybrid requiring some travel to the office – expenses are covered. Strong experience with leading end to end SAP digital transformation projects is required.WE Bellwether Transformations is a Management Consulting firm with an active and growing change management practice. We are rapidly growing our North American footprint within our ERP Change Management and Digital Transformation Services and have some projects coming down our pipeline. THE OPPORTUNITYThe ERP Change Management Consultant and Change Management Lead apply our best practice-based Change Management model to develop a comprehensive change management plan that incorporates activities to change employee skills, tasks and behaviours to optimize the change, including:Assess organizational impact and organizational readiness for the changeActivate leadership to take ownership of the changeEnsure alignment between any new processes or tasks, and org structure and rolesEngage employees and managers in the design of the change, and ensure all understand their new roles post implementationTrain employees on new system and process skills related to the changeContribute to change communications, training and knowledge transfer plans and activities using a pragmatic and creative approach for high impact resultsYOU You’re comfortable contracting with an established boutique firm and look forward to furthering your successful track record of delivering superior results for clients. In addition, you:Combine your relevant educational background with at least 5 years of experience on ERP or complex technology implementations such as SAP / S4 Hana implementations that involve multiple core modulesHave a proven track record of creating and executing change, engagement, and communication plans that delivered results in challenging environments. Ideally, you have been responsible for overseeing and / or developing the implementation of training strategies. Experience in organization design as it relates to technology transformation is an assetAre known for your ability to anticipate and identify emerging issues related to digital change; providing practical solutioning in a way that compels engagement and alignment of leadership and project team membersLeverage your team leadership and project management skills to ensure that change plans are executed with a high degree of quality, on timeAre flexible, pragmatic and like to toggle between strategic advisory and hands-on “doing”If you’re interested in working with us and learning how our projects might fit with your other consulting work, please get in touch.
