This is a high-visibility role critical to maintaining complex financial operations and preparing for future S/4HANA transformations.🔍 The RoleAs a Senior Functional Lead, your key responsibilities include:Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Centers (COPA).Advanced Troubleshooting: Independently resolve complex FI posting issues, account determination errors, and intercompany imbalances.Hands-on Configuration: Maintain SAP ECC configuration for company codes, fiscal year variants, and allocation cycles.Technical Bridge: Draft Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and collaborate with ABAP developers to design custom enhancements.Integration Support: Solve complex integration issues impacting SD-FI, MM-FI, and external interfaces.🛠️ Your ProfileExperience: 7-10+ years of solid SAP FICO experience.Technical Depth: Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC configuration and end-to-end troubleshooting.Documentation: Proven track record of drafting high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).English Level: Advanced (C1/C2) is mandatory. 🗣️Independence: Ability to work as a "super user" and lead work across multiple priorities.Bonus points for:Experience with SAP S/4HANA (support, implementation, or migration).Experience in large, complex enterprise environments and intercompany accounting.💼 Contract DetailsLocation: 100% Remote (Candidates may be based anywhere in LATAM).Time Zone: Must align with EST (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).Contract Type: Full-time, Indefinite/Ongoing.Modality: Contractor via Deel.Compensation: Paid monthly in USD 💵.📩 How to Apply?To be considered for this role, please include the following in your application:Total years of experience as an SAP FICO Analyst.Your current English proficiency level.Your monthly salary expectation in USD.Are you ready to drive innovation?
