Entry-level TriZetto Infrastructure Support AnalystTeam: CIS-TriZettoPosition OverviewThis position will provide hosting operations support for all System/Application related up/down enterprise management activities & network-related within the Data Center and remote customer locations. This position will require strong technical skills infrastructure along with customer interaction to coordinate operations & configuration activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMS Azure FundamentalsMS Azure Data FundamentalUnderstand ITSM / ITIL processFollowing Agile practices (stand-ups, demos, backlog grooming)Write clear status updates and documentationParticipate in peer Implementation/configuration reviews and learning sessionsWork on day-to-day CTASKs & TRTs completion activitiesMonitor and check tickets in queue & take defined actionUnderstand Windows or Linux with strong skills in the other platformKnowledge of the entire technology stack: Compute, Storage, VMware, Networking, Database, Monitoring etc.Understand scripting background, ITIL Processes, ability to drive the project E2E with apt work pressure handling for deadlines, ability to coordinately work with different teams to complete the projectConfigure, administer, and operate highly scalable, available, and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices using Microsoft Azure and other Cloud service providersBasic scripting knowledge – PowerShell, Python. etcUnderstand Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning operational PracticesUnderstand working on solutions ServiceNow, Solarwinds, Pure Storage, Commvault, MS SCOM, SPLUNK and many other related toolsHelp SMEs for design and develop professional–quality scripts and supporting documentation that deploys resource stacks in an automated repeatable fashionWork in enterprise configuration for UNIX & Windows infrastructure operationsManage and maintain the implementation to support customer activitiesAnalyze data collected by the enterprise platformsAdminister Cloud environment from the Azure command line and the Web portalProvide operating system server administration in a virtualized Cloud environment (Windows & Linux)Preferred QualificationsEducation:Minimum of High School diploma and/or an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldCertifications:PowerShell/Python Introduction CertificationAL/ML related certificationsCompTIA Storage+ certificationMicrosoft Certification for Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AssociateCompTIA Network+ certificationMicrosoft Certification for Azure Database Administrator AssociateLocationNew hires will be hired at the Cognizant office in Englewood, CO where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions.
