This role is onsite in Murfreesboro and is a permanent direct hire.BENEFITS & COMPENSATIONCompensation: Up to $120,000 annually plus 10% bonusMedical: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityKey Responsibilities of the Credit Manager:Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop Credit Analysts.Drive accountability and ensure timely, thorough credit decisions.Maintain a consistent, fair leadership style when working with all levels of the business.Credit & Risk ManagementConduct comprehensive credit analysis.Maintain and manage credit lines for a diverse customer base.Oversee credit applications with quick turnaround.AR Management & CollectionsManage the AR portfolio.Monitor accounts for risk, payment behavior, and terms compliance.Lead regular meetings with internal teams to identify problem accounts and drive action plans.Ensure timely cash application and resolution of outstanding debt.Prevent customers from taking advantage of extended terms or inconsistent payment patterns.Cross-Functional CollaborationEngage with CFOs, Controllers, Sales Teams (inside and outside), Operations, and Senior Leadership.#LI-RB1#INMAR2026
