HR Generalist
Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a growing team through a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who can effectively manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and day-to-day HR coordination while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and candidate experience.
This position offers a flexible schedule of 16 to 24 hours per week in a business casual work environment. Based on general knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process from initial outreach through offer stage. Based on general knowledge.
Oversee new hire onboarding, including employment documentation, orientation support, and completion of required paperwork. Based on general knowledge.
Help ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies. Based on general knowledge.
Support hiring efforts with a primary focus on mental health clinicians, while assisting with recruitment for additional roles as business needs require. Based on general knowledge.
Maintain accurate employee records and enter or update HR data within the organization's human resources systems. Based on general knowledge.
Serve as a point of contact for routine employee relations questions and assist in addressing day-to-day HR concerns. Based on general knowledge.
Provide administrative support related to benefits and general HR operations to help create a smooth and organized employee experience. Based on general knowledge.
Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting and onboarding responsibilities.
Hands-on experience managing full-cycle hiring processes and coordinating candidate interviews.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices relevant to day-to-day operations.
Familiarity with HR administration, employee relations, and benefits support.
Experience working with HRIS platforms; exposure to Paycom is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, flexible schedule environment. TalentMatch
